The glittering jewels in Iceland’s crown, the Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon are always at the top of everyone’s list of “must-see places” here!

On this comfortable and convenient one-day tour, you will witness the wonders of Thingvellir National Park, feel the power of nature at Geysir and the Gullfoss waterfall, marvel at the colorful Kerid volcanic crater and bathe in the warm waters of the Blue Lagoon (extra cost).

Thingvellir National Park

Thingvellir National park is the National shire of all Icelanders. It lies within the belt of volcanic activity and fissures which pass across Iceland, a part of the mid-Atlantic ridge, the junction of the american and Eurasian tectonic plates. It is a nice feeling to stand with your right foot in Europe and the left one in America.

Geysir & Haukadalur Geothermal Area

Geysir – the biggest geysers of Haukadalur are Strokkur and Geysir itself, which gives the others their name.

Strokkur erups every 5 to 10 minutes, throwing a column of water into the air to a height of 20 to 30 meters.

Gullfoss - The Golden Waterfall

Gullfoss is one of the most amazing waterfalls in Iceland. Double drop waterfall with a cascade of more than 30 meters, producing endless sheets of spray as more than a million gallons a minute of water crash down into a narrow canyon.

On sunny days, the sheets of spray generate gigantic rainbows that wrap around the waterfall.

Kerid Volcanic Crater

These three amazing attractions complete the classic Golden Circle tour, but to add even more value and wonder to your experience, we will also stop at the dramatic red earth Kerid volcanic crater. The crater is 270 m wide and more than 55 m deep. There is a lake in the bottom of the crater which gives it a little bit of magic. The lake is almost 14 m deep.

Blue Lagoon (admission not included)

At the end of the day the bus will take the route towards world-famous Blue Lagoon, passing by stunning coastal landscapes on the Reykjanes Penninsula. Blue Lagoon is a magical place, where silky-blue waters scatter black lava fields.
